What are the costs of shipping?
The shipping costs are €7.50. If your order is above €35, the shipping is free.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped?
We will send you an order confirmation within one hour. If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. They will help you further!
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (unless stated otherwise). 📦
What if my product is not delivered on time?
We request that you wait one more day for your order. This may be due to the extreme pressure at the parcel services. You can also always contact us at any time. We would be happy to take a look with you!

How long is my warranty?
How long your warranty differs per product. You can find this on the page of the relevant product. If your product is delivered defective, we ask you to send some photos to customer@beddingboutique.nl. We will then ensure that you can return your product free of charge and receive a new one.
What do you mean by satisfaction guarantee?

How can I contact customer service?

Can I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is certainly possible. However, this must be done within 1 hour after ordering, then we can still process it. Do you want to cancel your order? Then please contact our customer service.
How can I return an order?

Where can I submit my complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us at customer@beddingboutique.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
What does "legal guarantee" mean?
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The warranty periods mentioned on our website concern our own factory warranty.
Are your reviews real?
We use Trustpilot as a review platform. After placing an order with Bedding Boutique, Trustpilot sends our customers an invitation to leave a review. The reviews are then scanned by Trustpilot for authenticity. They check this by checking whether the e-mail address used to post the review matches the e-mail address used to place the order.
