Terms and Conditions

Article 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Bedding Boutique apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Bedding Boutique. By ordering an item you agree to these terms, please read them carefully before placing an order. For questions about these conditions, please contact us at customerservice@beddingboutique.nl.
Article 2. | Agreement and order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding when you place your order. Bedding Boutique will process your order after you have paid. Until then, Bedding Boutique remains the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been accepted, along with details of your order. If you need an invoice including VAT, please send an email to customerservice@beddingboutique.nl.
2.3 All images and specifications are indicative. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see Article 6), but this should not be a reason to make a claim.
Article 3. | Payment and payment methods
3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and Credit Card; Mastercard & VISA.
3.2 If Bedding Boutique accidentally places an incorrect price on the website - and it is clear that it is a mistake - we have the right to adjust this. Even if you have already ordered the item.
3.3 All product prices shown on Bedding Boutique.com include taxes but exclude shipping costs.
3.4 All your credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred to the paymaster via an encrypted secure system without Bedding Boutique.com or others having access to the data. Even for any refunds, the full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Article 4. | Delivery
4.1 Bedding Boutique delivers all European orders via courier service PostNL and DPD. All international orders are via courier service Fedex.
4.2 If you have accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not at home when the courier service has tried to deliver the package - and there are therefore additional costs - Bedding Boutique has the right to pass on these additional costs to you.
4.3 Bedding Boutique will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Bedding Boutique always strives to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. If this is not possible for whatever reason (because an item is temporarily out of stock or the postal services are on strike) you will be notified immediately.
4.4 Up to and including delivery, Bedding Boutique is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility passes to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times in clause 5 are estimates. If a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Bedding Boutique will always make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time.
Article 5. | Approval period
5.1 Bedding Boutique strives for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we recommend that you check the quality and quantity within fourteen working days. If something is not right, please send an email to customerservice@beddingboutique.nl. In this case we will provide you with a return label.
Article 6. | Return and exchange
6.1 We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.
6.2 Please ensure that your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return package.

6.4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are borne by the customer (unless it concerns a defective item).
6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse returned items.
6.6 After receipt and inspection, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the day your return package has arrived at our warehouse.
6.7 Bedding Boutique can only transfer the refund to the account from which the original payment came.
Article 7. | Guarantee
7.1 After the trial period of fourteen days (article 5.1), Bedding Boutique gives a six-month guarantee on the quality of the product. If the quality of the product is not satisfactory, please send an e-mail to customer service.
